Adelphi International Undergraduate Housing

For their first year, Adelphi International Undergraduate students are required to live on campus. This helps you adjust to U.S. university life, meet other students, and be near trained resident assistants if you have questions.

All students living on campus are just a short walking distance to all academic buildings and campus facilities.

You get to choose between seven on-campus options. All choices include:
  • Full furniture set, including a bed, desk/chair and dresser/closet,
  • Cable television and Wi-Fi service,
  • Data jack for internet access
  • In-building laundry,
  • Student lounges,
  • Shared kitchens,
  • 24/7 campus or building security, and
  • Keycard building access and secure room access.

Note: Not all rooms have A/C, but students can choose a room equipped with A/C for a small additional price (see below for more information).

NOTE: Costs are subject to change. All students must fill out a housing preference form prior to arrival. Costs for each housing option vary depending on the duration of your program and your semester of entry.

Undergraduate students are required to live on-campus, but housing waivers may be granted on a case-by-case basis.

*Students may be required to move to a different room-type during the summer semester as not all residence halls are open during the summer. Students will be notified of their summer housing assignment at the end of the spring semester. All students will be placed in double rooms with A/C for the duration of the summer term regardless of their original housing preferences.

Tell us your housing preferences.

Now you have seen your housing options, complete the housing application form. The sooner you do, the better your chances of getting you first choice of housing.
